Refund & Cancellation Policy
Transparent fee refund, admission withdrawal, and payment settlement policies framed in accordance with fair practice principles.
Fair Practice Commitment: This policy is framed in accordance with fair practice principles under the Consumer Protection Act and institutional educational guidelines.
1Admission Cancellation by Parent
- All admission cancellation requests must be submitted formally in writing or via registered email to the school administrative office.
- The cancellation takes effect from the date of formal written acknowledgment issued by the school.
2Refund Structure
A. Before Academic Session Starts:
Refund is admissible after deduction of reasonable administrative processing charges.
Withdrawal of New Admission: If withdrawal is requested at least 15 days prior to the commencement of the new academic year, a partial refund may be granted following document verification and office review.
B. After Academic Session Begins:
- New Admissions: Admission fees are strictly non-refundable. In case of withdrawal during the term, the fee for the ongoing calendar month in which the cancellation request is submitted must be paid in full.
- Existing Students: In case of mid-session withdrawal, the tuition fee for the month in which the formal cancellation request is submitted has to be paid.
3Non-Refundable Components
- Registration and One-time Admission Fees.
- Document processing and enrollment administration fees.
4Institutional Cancellation
If the institution cancels or discontinues a specific program or batch for administrative reasons, a full refund of the unutilized fees or an equivalent alternative academic arrangement will be offered.
5Refund Processing Guidelines
- Duplicate Transactions: Fees paid twice due to technical glitches in the payment gateway will be verified and refunded to the original mode of payment.
- Approved refunds are processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of verification.
- Processing timelines remain subject to inter-bank clearing and payment gateway schedules.
- Refund disbursements will be remitted exclusively to the original parent/payer account.
6Transparency Clause
The detailed fee schedule, payment deadlines, and refund rules are clearly communicated to parents prior to final admission confirmation and fee settlement.
7Dispute Redressal & Support
For any concerns or queries regarding payments and cancellations, parents are encouraged to contact the Admin Office directly. Any unresolved grievances will be addressed under applicable consumer protection frameworks.
