• It operates as an established feeder institution to Anand Vidya Vihar.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee admission unless formal confirmation and enrollment procedures are finalized by the institution.

3Admissions Policy

• Admissions are subject to age eligibility, verification of documents, and available classroom capacity.
• Submission of incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents may lead to immediate cancellation of admission without recourse.

4Fees & Payments

• Prescribed tuition and institutional fees must be paid as per the published schedule.
• Late payment penalties are applicable as determined by administrative guidelines.
• Fees once remitted are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Admission fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

5Online Payments Compliance

• All digital payment transactions are routed via secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways.
• The institution bears no responsibility for third-party bank server downtimes, session dropouts, or network failures during payment processing.

6User Obligations

Users of this platform shall not:

• Provide false, fabricated, or misleading personal or student details.
• Attempt unauthorized access to website portals, servers, or administrative databases.
• Reproduce, scrape, or misuse website text, images, logos, or multimedia assets.

7Intellectual Property

10Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

• In the event of any grievances, sincere efforts will be made to reach an amicable internal resolution.
• Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
